This charming duplex apartment is perfectly located in the city center of Brussels, at walking distance to mainly all the attractions . Located in a 18th century house, on , it was completely renovated and it offers a very high level of comfort. This is a 2 bedroom duplex apartment composed of 2 floors - ground floor and semi basement. The ground floor is an open space, with a kitchen, dining, living room and bedroom. The semi basement has a bedroom , a bathroom and a toilet. The access to this floor is by stairs, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. You will find all these amenities: -WI-FI -double bed (160*200) -double bed (140*200) -sofa bed -fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooker, oven, dishwashing machine, coffee machine Dolce Gusto) -fresh towels, clean bed sheets, hair dryer, shampoo & shower gel -iron & washing machine with dryer -TV Baby cot available on request . If the apartment is booked for 3 or 4 guests, the sofa bed can be used for an extra fee of 20€ per stay if it’s requested BEFORE the check in.

Apartamento muito espaçoso. A anfitriã Flori foi muito gentil em nos fornecer roupa de cama extra sem cobrar por isso. A única observação é que um dos quartos é o único banheiro da casa fica no porão e as duas escadas que dão acesso são muito íngremes e estreitas. Portanto, não é recomendado para pessoas com baixa visão e mobilidade reduzida. Se isso não for um problema para você, recomendo muito esta acomodação.

Parfaites coordination & communication avec Flori. Avons passé trois nuits dans son logement, idéalement situé (proche centre ville, commerces à proximité) et logement très propre.

Flat was well appointed with what we needed for our stay. Great to have two bathrooms. Flori was very responsive to our requests. Flat was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Just a note that this apartment would not be suitable for families with young children or elderly people because of the steep stairs leading to the bathroom and bedroom.

Very nice apartment! Clean and tidy. Near the city centre. The communication with the hosy was very good, and the apartment was perfect for us.

From Midi Station : take the underground tram 3 or 4 on direction Esplanade for 4 stops till station De Brouckere. From there , walk on Boulevard Emile Jacqmain till Hotel Queen Anne , then go left and then first right .
From North Station : by foot (10 minutes walking).
From Brussels National airport (BRU): take the train till North Station and then walk for 10 minutes till apartment.
Central Station is 20 minutes walking from the apartment.
