“When can we come back?” We LOVED our stay! Being right on the water was the best way to spend our vacation and introduce our kids to the ocean. The water is literally steps away so it’s super convenient-the bay is calm and warm-and there is plenty to do with all of the patio furniture, sand, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards! The unit was clean and had everything we needed just like described. There were some extra toys and chairs outside so that was a nice bonus for us to use. John’s team was very quick to respond to any of our questions but honestly we didn’t really have many. Everything was clearly laid out for us so we could simply enjoy! Location gave us a quiet place that felt safe while being close to gulf access and plenty of businesses. If we wanted to go somewhere we could, but we never felt like we needed to since we were enjoying our place so much!

John’s place was perfect. We loved everything about it. The location was great. The view was amazing. All the comforts of home.

Johns place was perfect! Beautiful location in a gated community. The pool was right across from the front door. My only downfall is the proximity of the neighbors and the dogs running loose.

This was our first trip to the area and it was wonderful. There was more than enough space for the four of us. The sunrises were beautiful to see from the balconies. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. My kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boarding best. John was great in responding to questions, gave clear directions for getting there and the place was just as described. This is someplace we would love to go to again.
