Erin's place is a gem on Grand Lake! We stayed for about a week and had plenty of essentials that allowed us to enjoy our time there without having to do a lot of extra "house work"- this is a vacation after all! The house is in a small community, the neighbors were very friendly. My husband enjoyed being right on the lake with a private slip for the boat so he could go out and fish whenever he wanted. This property is a short drive from restaurants, gas stations, and a grocery store. We enjoyed this getaway- would absolutely stay at Erin's place again!

Great place to stay! The wife loved the quiet cove and dock. I spent most of my time fishing but having a dock w/electricity was a time saver not having to pull the boat out every night. the private ramp near the house was convenient but wish I knew that you have to back down the road to the ramp due to no room for turning around....but otherwise absolutely great stay.

We loves our stay here! So peaceful sitting in the gazebo and the boat slip was so handy for our boat!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 boys for a quick weekend trip. When we arrived we weren't sure exactly which house was the right one. We didnt see any house numbers on this house specifically and the front porch faces the water side, so it took us a minute to figure it out. However once we realized which one we had no problem getting inside. It was nice that the house came with a dock, which is the whole reason I booked it, since thats all my boys wanted to do was fish. House was a lake house, so I wasn't expecting too much. When we first entered it did smell a little musty and dated, but again its an older lake house. Otherwise place was pretty clean and everything we needed was there during our stay. Erin was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She even offered to extend our check out time so my boys could stay and fish off the dock a little longer. Unfortunately, we had already checked out so didnt take advantage of it. Overall we had a good weekend at Erins place.
