This was a great fit for our trip. It is located in a nice little area with plenty of restaurants and night life within walking distance. Gated parking and great insulation apparently as I never heard any noise other than ours. Eric was easy to deal with and quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely use again. Only observation as someone in another review already mentioned is the thermostat is on the second floor so a bit cooler in the living room kitchen area and a bit warmer on the top floor bedroom area, other than that all was perfect.

Good place in all respects with the significant exception of the temperature control. The unit has three levels starting at the ground floor. We visited in February 2024, and at all times the 2nd and 3rd floors were 10-15ºF warmer than the ground floor where the kitchen and sitting area is. During the day, the ground floor was uncomfortably cold and at night we could hardly sleep because of how hot it was in the bedrooms upstairs. We played around with the thermostat, but never found a comfortable balance. There is no HVAC return on the ground floor, so the furnace essentially only conditions the second and third floors while the first floor remains cold. Hard to sleep. I'm not sure if they've had problems with guests trying to crack a window upstairs, but the bedroom windows have been covered with plexiglass, which seems to be an obvious fire code violation. Would not want to be trapped up there during a fire. Decent place, but a jacket in the living room & bad sleep = 3 stars.

Very welcoming host, great location w awesome food choices, super clean, lots of space. I would recommend and I would stay there again.
