Place was quiet. Located in older neighborhood.

House is simple and prices are decent but couple things to note;the area its in is a bit underwhelming, there is train tracks near by so expect some loud noises at night, the neighborhood is not the best and theres a cemetery on the street over(most people would feel uneasy). In terms of the house its a comfy place but the smell of dog was very overwhelming I had to spray the house with my cologne to draw it out, my brother had to kill a roach and there was some roaches inside the oven buttons. Overall its affordable with all you need just needs more maintenance, host is responsive and helpful also.
