Wir haben zu viert eine Woche im Herbst in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, es sind wunderschöne kleine Buchten in alle Himmelsrichtungen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Herbst hat im Ort fast alles geschlossen und es waren kaum andere Touristen dort. Aber das kennen wir schon und es war kein Problem. Zum Einkaufen oder wenn man essen gehen möchte, braucht man ein Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett von Andrea per Video begrüßt, der Check-in hat super funktioniert und Andrea hat alle Fragen sofort und super nett beantwortet und Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist toll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, Balkon, Terrasse, Garten, neue Waschmaschine, etc. Nach der langen Saison muss hier und da ein wenig was aufgefrischt oder gepinselt und auch mal ein neuer Satz Gläser gekauft werden. Aber das ist kaum der Rede wert. Wir würden wiederkommen!

We had an awesome time at this amazing Villa! It was spacious, had fantastic gardens and was well equipped for our family. It also enabled access to a beautiful beach on its doorstep and all the best things the area has to offer. Great for both for relaxing and exploring the coast. From the villa we were able to access Porto Cervo, La Maddelena, Cannigionie, Arzachina, wineries and all the other great beaches this coast has to offer. Great experience and thanks to the hosts for being accessible and welcoming throughout our stay. Hope to be back someday (-:

Our stay at this place was fairly average overall. The location was absolutely superb. Literally steps away from the beach. The place is spacious with a nice backyard. However, there was an issue with the water heater, which caused significant inconvenience during our stay. We also wished the host was a bit more responsive.

This was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had! Habito surprised us with the level of effort/responsibility he put to make sure that we have a great holiday. The place is beautifully designed and well furnished. The balcony view is great! Beds are comfortable and the landscaping was perfectly done and well maintained. Location is outstanding. Kitchen is perfectly equipped. Towels and sheets are super clean and plenty (extra clean sheets in closets). Habito is a professional host and he proved that guests satisfaction is the only thing he cares about (Way more than making money). Thanks to Habito for the great hosting!
