This one bedroom apartment is built in the back of a single-family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Separate entrance from main house, small kitchen with countertop convection oven, microwave and refrigerator. Privileges to main house full-kitchen, if desired. It’s located 5-6 minutes to the 5 and 405 freeways/exit on Alicia Pkwy, 25 minutes to Laguna Beach or Dana Point, and John Wayne Airport. Lots of windows with a nice view of a colorful hillside, 55” tv. The unit has a spacious living area with a comfortable electric, reclining love-seat with drink holders, a dining table, and 55-inch TV. There are many windows in this room with both sheer and blackout curtains as you prefer for privacy and light. Queen size bed and large closet w/ several regular and pant/skirt hangers, and a dresser.

The location was suburban and quiet and the owners were friendly and accommodating. The place was a very simple and functional space which was exactly what I was looking for not far from Dana Point.

I had a nice stay. Rashin turns on AC for you before you get there. It is attached to main house. Only once you could hear someone talking from the bedroom but didn’t last long. There is a small dog that likes to bark if he sees you. But Rashin was super mindful and took him inside right away. Wish It had a stove or a bbq grill for cooking. Other than that, it was a nice stay. I enjoyed the living room watching Netflix. The bed was super comfortable! I would stay again!
