Our area is a popular neighborhood originally founded by fishermen. The neighbors are humble working class people generally very friendly and kind. There are vendors that pass through the streets offering their products such as bread, fruit, juices, ice cream, desserts, sandwiches, fresh fish, lobster and other shellfish.
100 meters away on the main avenue of the neighborhood there are small food businesses, some convenience stores, a pharmacy, liquor store, butcher, barber shop, restaurants, tacos, pizzeria, coffee shops.
The closest beach goes from Puerta del Mar to Puerto Cancun, there is almost never anyone on this beach, access is through Calle 45, a small alley that leads to the Puerto Juárez shrimp dock, located in front of the Circle K store from Puerto Juárez passing Puerta del Mar through López Portillo avenue.
The ferry to Isla Mujeres is very close, a 10-minute walk away, the archaeological ruins of El Meco are about 10 minutes away by public transport or car, the property is on the way to Isla Blanca, the last virgin beaches near Cancun.
In the area there may be dogs, geckos, mosquitoes, insects, ants, we apply insecticides on the property to control the amount of insects, it is possible that there are times when dogs barking from the neighbors are heard.

300 yards away from the property, R1 buses pass (every 20 minutes) from Puerto Juarez to the Hotel Zone of Cancun.
TIP *** If you go to the Hotel Zone, it is better to take the R6 route towards the ADO bus station and transfer to Hotel Zone with the R1 bus from the ADO bus station, you will save waiting time and walking.
From the airport you can take the ADO Bus right at the arrivals gate heading out to Cancun ADO bus station. once in cancun take a Taxi or a R6 bus to Puerto Juarez, getting off at the second entrance of the Lombardo Toledano neighborhood and Francisco Villa street.
