Our peaceful and centrally-located home is located only minutes from restaurants, shopping, SUNY Plattsburgh and only 25 minutes from Lake Champlain. Montreal, Lake Placid, Burlington Vt and many High Peaks hiking trails are within a 60 minute drive. Our single-family home sits on the banks of the Saranac River in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. After a day enjoying the Adirondacks, soak in the hot tub, barbecue your favorite meal or simply relax and enjoy the sounds of the river. Two bedrooms, bath with handicap shower, comfortable living and dining room for party of four and kitchen with wall to wall windows facing the river. Two outdoor decks for enjoying the calming river noises

We had a wonderful stay at peters place. Beautiful home with open floor plan and kitchen well equipped with anything you might want. The garden and river are absolutely gorgeous. Quiet, lovely neighborhood, close to town, lake, and mountains. Loved everything about it.

This home was beautifully serene and located in the best spot for us as we explored the Adirondacks. Everything was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable and content at this home! Highly recommend and actually hope to visit again in the future!
