Welcome to Casa Maryna! Our vacation rental is the perfect destination for those seeking a private oasis in the heart of Progreso's safest neighborhood. Our home boasts vaulted ceilings, an open concept living area, and quality finishes, 2 King size beds that exude simple luxury. Ideal for families, the private yard is perfect for lounging while the indoor dining area backs onto the yard lounge area for a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living. Walkable to everything! -Casa Maryna features a large private yard with a pool, attached whirlpool, and an outdoor lounge area. -The house has three large bedrooms, with air conditioning in master bedroom, lots of fans, and closets, and two full bathrooms (one accessible from the pool area). -Master bedroom with a King-size bed, desk, and air conditioning. (Note that AC is available only in master bedroom suite) -2nd bedroom include a King-size bed with a desk - 3rd bedroom has two single beds and a desk for your home office comfort. -The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a gas cooktop and stove with two oven compartments, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle, all designed by a professional chef. -The living area features an open concept design with vaulted ceilings and a dining room that backs onto the lounge area. -The property is fully furnished, including two reclining sofas for cozy family movie nights on a 65" curved Samsung smart TV. -We offer secure parking for vehicles, electric grid with backup generator, hot water, and high-speed internet service. -Our private and secure yard has been thoughtfully curated with plants and garden and includes hammock for relaxation. -We are pet-friendly and offer various rental options, including monthly, weekly, weekend, and weekday stays, all available year-round. - Property has 4 security cameras, located outside of the house (by the front gate, by sitting area, in garden area outside of master bedroom – facing the garden, and by 2nd house entrance on the side of the house). All are installed in a visible manner and are only for security purposes. The cameras remain turned on at all times.

La casa de Cris es muy fresca en abril. Amplios espacios y recamaras y baños de buen tamaño. Hay algunas áreas de oportunidad para mejorar que se le comentaron al anfitrión y estuvo muy dispuesto a escuchar.
Cuando llegamos a la casa se tuvo una buena impresión, Chris es una persona muy atenta siempre esta al pendiente a tus mensajes, sin embargo, mi familia y yo consideramos que es insuficiente la cantidad de ventiladores que hay dentro de la casa agregando que solo hay aire acondicionado en la recamara principal, por este motivo tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para tener mas flujo de aire y descubrimos que los mosquiteros podrían tener alguna falla y estuvimos infestados de ellos toda la estancia. Por esto mismo empezamos a tener muchas picaduras en el cuerpo y pensábamos que eran por los moscos pero estas eran distintas a una picadura a estos insectos, al investigar nos dimos cuentas que eran de pulgas o chinches y al día siguiente encontramos una pequeña chinche en la ropa de mi papá ellos dormían en la habitación principal, por lo que consideramos deberían de fumigar la casa. Cuento con evidencia de las picaduras. La alberca esta se encontraba en buenas condiciones y hay buena segurida
Very helpful and responsive host. Easy to access and close to the promenade but far enough away where it was peaceful at night. House is simple and functional, clean, spacious (looks bigger than the photos), and has comfortable beds. Recommend renting a car for the stay, shopping for groceries at My Market Place, hacienda Mucuyché cenotes, and Kokomo beach club.
We stayed at Chris’ house in Progreso for a week with my family. We loved the house, the pool, and it had everything we needed. Small shop around the corner and short walk to the beach! Chris was super responsive to our questions and helped us with airport transportation. Thanks so much for having us :)
