Thien是一个非常棒的房东，非常热情，总是主动询问有什么需要帮助，对所有需求总是及时给与响应。房源位于屋顶，有个独享的小花园，虽然没有电梯徒步爬上顶楼有点累，但是看到小花园和浴缸的时候还是觉得挺值得。窝在休闲椅里对着小花园看书绝对是种闲情逸致的享受。

The host was very helpful during our stay here! Prepared us a SIM card readily available when we checked in even. Greatly convenient location to get around also, close to everything, just a minute walk to a supermarket and pharmacy as well. Definitely would book here again in the future! One of the most memorable Airbnbs that i have stayed. The apartment is located on the rooftop floor with plenty of space ( even though there is no elevator but not a big deal for me). A comfortable bed and pillows with a big Aircon to cool across the unit. And the highlight is a nice garden with care from Thien and of course, the outdoor bathtub for relaxation time. The neighborhood has everything one needs from a local cafe right next door to a million street food vendors. I would comeback here again without any hesitation.

Thien is a thoughtful and commendable host, offering a sympathetic, efficient and stress free Airbnb experience. His flat is calm, spacious and comfortable. His flat's terrasse is a very welcomed oasis in such a bustling city as Saïgon.

Thien is a highly responsive host, I strongly suggest reaching out to him regarding any questions you might have about the area or any other requests. The apartment itself is like a quiet oasis of its own amid a small yet very busy street. Ordering food and having them delivered by Grab or other food delivery services is easy. Do bear in mind there is no elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage to the fourth floor, which Thien was ever so willing to help with. Thank you for a good stay.
