Beatrix is a 5 star host! All the information offered by her is helpful and she is always responsive. The place is in a quiet neighborhood where makes me feel safe. Although there’s no lift in the building, it’s still worth it compare to the location and the great facilities in this apartment. Living in Beatrix‘a place this time is really one of my best memories in London!

Perfect location and great place to stay

The stay was good overall - modern, no frills. The bed was a pullout futon and was quite firm - if you don't mind a firm mattress you'll be fine. The flat was very well stocked and every amenity is clearly thought out. The washer and dryer combo were a massive plus for someone whose been travelling for two weeks and needed to do laundry. Neighborhood is centrally located to tube travel and there are a few grocery stores very nearby. The flat is a 9 story walkup and there is no elevator. I'm in good shape but travelling with two heavy luggages made it a bit annoying to get in/out. The unit was also extremely hot during the day even with the windows open, and with no aircon it was difficult to be there in the afternoons. Not a huge deal. Beatrix was extremely responsive and helpful - this is the second flat I've let from this company on Airbnb and they clearly value their guests and are extremely professional.

The place was very comfortable, clean and cosy. Excellent location, surrounded by great cafes, shops and tube. Beatrix was always so helpful and friendly. I had a lovely time here, would definitely stay again.
