This quiet centrally located home is the perfect home base for your Florida Adventure! If you are here for work or play this is the place for you. Minutes from great waterside restaurants, parks, kayaking/SUP & boating as well as a short drive to Shopping, the Airport, Sporting Events, Fine Dining, and both Downtown Tampa & St. Pete (All under 25 Minutes). The Gulf beaches are not far either 45 minutes to an hour! Bring your Family, bring your friends, and let your Florida Adventure begin! Single family home located in a quite neighborhood. Back yard completely fenced.

The property was exactly as pictured. It very nicely decorated and you can tell the host took her time curating the space. however I don’t feel like the unit was properly cleaned. The floors were in need of a sweep/vacuum and the stove was not clean. The property does have a “pest” problem that can be fixed with a simple call to Orkin. the host promised to address these issues. Once these issues are corrected the listing will be fantastic!

This is a quite neighborhood with both single family and multi family residences. It is centrally located to many great amenities within the Tampa Bay area. You will find convenient grocery and necessities shopping as well as many restaurants, services, and recreational areas including a waterfront disc golf course and beautiful sunsets just down the road at Picnic Island!
