Margaret Ann is a cosy wooden chalet in Seaton located close to the southwest coastal path. The south facing chalet is situated in seaton on a quiet holiday park in pretty communal gardens. We offer a fitted kitchen complete with a cooker / hob, microwave, fridge with a small freezer. Plenty of plates, glasses and general kitchen utensils for all your cooking needs! Also dining area seating for four people and a digital radio. The living space has a two seater comfy sofa & a cuddle chair, TV and DVD player for your viewing with a small selection of DVDs together with some games in the TV Cabinet for you. The living area also has a heater should you need it. Lastly lovely views of the gardens for you to enjoy. The bathroom is fitted with an electric shower over a small bath, toilet and hand basin. An electric towel rail is fitted, which does get hot when on so please take care. Bedroom one has a small double bed & wardrobe / hanging space provided also a heater & extra blankets. This bedroom also has an iron and ironing board & a hair dryer (in bedside drawer nearest the window) if needed. Bedroom two has twin beds and wardrobe/ hanging space also a heater and extra blankets. Both bedrooms have an electric fan provided for the warmer weather. We have a pretty sun deck with a table and seating for guests to enjoy a drink / meal in the sunshine. Also a light on the decking with a switch that can be found behind the living area curtain. The garden table umbrella is located behind the curtain next to the bathroom. The chalet park gardens also have some washing lines to hang wet costumes / towels etc. You will find your nearest one located to the left of our chalet.

The chalet was spotless and very comfortable.the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the cream tea left by Lee and Carrie delicious and a nice surprise. We will definitely stay there again.

Immaculate comfortable chalet with every need catered for. We were welcomed by a lovely cream tea and homemade dog biscuits. Excellent communication throughout, which included updates about the local area following a storm. We will definately be staying here again. Thank you so much.

After staying in a lot of holiday accommodations I have to say Lee’s holiday home is up there at the top of my list. I wish it wasn’t the end of the season. Also to have a shop that sold everything was a bonus. I will be back next year for sure and also letting my close friends know the home made scones are better than mine 😊😊and I am a chef 😉😊

Carrie and Lee’s chalet was ideal. So many little extra touches that went into making it homely. The hosts were responsive to queries and replaced the dvd player straight away when i reported a problem with it. They left a great selection of dvds and other things to provide entertainment for families staying at their chalet. The grounds were lovely and well kept. I would highly recommend and intend to return again next year. Carrie baked me an amazing cake and the dogs some biscuits. Brilliant hosts a a lovely chalet. 😊

The chalet is located on a small holiday park in Seaton (about 32 in total) Close by is a small convenience store for any last minute purchases that you may need or petrol.
The chalet is located in pretty gardens and surrounded by fields & lovely views.
We have some lovely places to go walking in and around Seaton, one close by the chalet park is in Holyford woods - a beautiful nature reserve full of unspoilt bluebell covered woodland. It is dog and family friendly and well worth a walk around. If you come out of the chalet park (petrol station side) you will see a picnic area and the gates are just a little further down on Seaton Down Hill.

出行信息

A car is a great way to see Devon but we have a good bus service too, you will find a stop close by to the chalet park with regular buses to Axminster which has our closest train station. Also a bus route to Exeter which takes about 1 & a half hours. We have a large Tesco & Aldi in Seaton with lots of cafes & shops for you to enjoy. Please find recommendations in our Guest Information booklet.
The seafront offers parking for those with cars visiting the beach, with other car parks are available close by. Through the warmer months water sports such as SUP & kayaking can be found on the seafront, tide conditions dependant .
The Tramway (next to Tesco) is a lovely trip through the Seaton wetlands & along the river Axe Estuary with all the wildlife it offers into nearby Colyton which is beautiful to explore. Here a trip to The Garden Shop Cafe is a must for delicious coffee, cakes and lunches. It also offers beautiful plants and gifts for you to take back with you.
The Jurassic Discovery centre is set to re-open summer 2024! It is a wonderful place to visit if you have young dinosaur enthusiasts. The soft play centre & cafe is right next door & opens March 2024 .
Buses also run regularly from Seaton to nearby Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.
