Check-in: - got a message with additional terms and conditions (incl. cleaning, although included in airbnb fee) to access the house on the day of check-in - only got access codes upon paying deposit on day of check-in - lockbox was hard to open House / amenities - very basic, little decoration, feels empty, no soul - good size, decent rooms - good outdoor area - good gym, but key wasnt there so had to wait until it was brought on day 2 Checkout: - cleaning was expected despite airbnb clearning service already paid, e.g., had to contract garbage collection service and got deducted 170EUR from deposit for it not being "clean" enough, although we tidied. No more details of what was not in order or photo proof was shared. - very unresponsive after trying to understand additional fees Overall rather disappointing and frustrating at the end

Sehr schöne Villa, in guter Lage. Es war bei unserer Ankunft alles sauber und zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in Mallorca machen will, ist bei dieser Unterkunft genau richtig.

Wij hebben een super leuke en fijne tijd gehad in Canbellmunt het was helemaal naar onze verwachting het was rustig mooie omgeving en je kon helemaal je eigen gang gaan we zouden zeker volgend jaar weer naar Canbellmunt gaan echt een super plek
