I spent almost 30 days here and I can say the host is amazing; a top-class person. I am very happy with my stay and interactions with him. I appreciate his kindness, recommendations, and help. He's a very proactive person willing to give his best to his guests. As for the accommodation, the room was just as shown in the photos. It felt very spacious and comfortable. It had a good-sized TV, stable internet speed, and good, clean air conditioning. The street is lined with a lot of street food, and there are a few 7-Eleven stores nearby. You can easily grab anything to eat at any time and within a short walking distance. You also have two laundromats nearby. Additionally, the train station Tha Phra is about 13 minutes away and makes Central Bangkok very accessible. Bonus: You get free drinkable water refills.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The unit was very clean and spacious and the owner was very responsive, providing frequent suggestions on local places to visit and eat. I particularly loved stepping out of the unit in the morning or evening and having several street vendor options within a block. It is located in a more locals neighborhood away from the city center, however MRT is accessible with about a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend this place for those looking for a smaller local neighborhood vibe.

Tuvimos una gran estadía en el alojamiento de Winai. Es un anfitrión atento, amable, siempre dispuesto a responder y además nos entregó muchas recomendaciones locales. La pieza era muy amplia, con espacio para trabajar (escritorio), mesa para comer e incluso espacio libre para practicar yoga. La ubicación era muy buena, a 10 minutos de una estación de metro (línea azul) que servía para ir a lugares como templos Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Grand Palace, mercado chatuchak). Pudimos disponer de cocina (compartida) para prepararnos desayuno (había cocina, tostador de pan, juguetes, hervidor) Recomiendo alojar aquí si buscas un lugar cómodo y bien ubicado. Además, a metros del alojamiento dispones de lugares donde comprar rica comida, frutas frescas, entre otros.
