The apartment was fine, clean and great location. The key lock location was totally unacceptable. A good 100 metres from the property chained to a wire fence of a car park. The alley it was situated in was filthy with remnants of people sleeping rough, scattered cloths, condoms etc. The welcome info showed a lock box attached to the apartment verandah! I would hate to think of a woman having to find the key late at night on arrival. Just not good enough. Shame on the owners.

A very comfortable and well located apartment. Walking distance to Bay Street shops and coastal walk opposite.

Sensational location & spotlessly clean (other than a hole in the wall behind the couch). That’s the two big ticks for this property, what lets it down is the host & their lack of support & instructions. Hard to access lockbox (you need someone tall to reach it). Hard to locate the apartment (the apartments aren’t numbered). Hard to locate the rubbish dumping area (hidden away in the garage with no details on how to find it). The big negative for us was that the garage fob wasn’t functional, so this property that advertises having free parking, did not have that at all. After buying new batteries for the fob with the hope it would fix the issue, we were forced to find street parking, which is paid and/or time limited. As the host is a company & not a private owner, this means there is no customer support. The phone number for existing bookings doesn’t work (when you’re not hung up on) & the online help was no help & stopped responding. We’re extremely disappointed and out of pocket.

房間很新，房型設計感也現代，廚房用具一應具全。 洗衣機+烘乾機非常方便。 窗外風景很好，可以看到海及沙灘。
