Located in Playa Del Ingles, my newly renovated apartment offers home comforts with quality bedding and towels. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and nightlife, with peaceful views of the mountains and Ocean. An amazing pool to relax with great poolside food from 'Orgo' (a gastro restaurant) along with the building convenience store. I have a fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven/microwave and a new bathroom with a rain shower. The kitchen and living area are open-plan with a small breakfast bar. There is a desk overlooking the building courtyard area if you need space for your laptop. A comfy chair to relax and read. A deep sofa to stretch and watch a movie on the 55" Android TV. The master room has a queen size bed (198x140cm) and plenty of storage space.

Good stay at Andrew’s apartment. Close enough to the bars and restaurants, 20 min walk to the beach and always free sun loungers by the pool in the complex. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to park our car every day, but make sure the card to scan you in and out is working first. Otherwise, a lovely stay.
Great location, next to many restaurants and shops. Easy to park on the surroundings. Andrew was very helpful all the time and fast answering my inquires. Definitely recommend this place !

My apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Maspalomas, just a short distance from the Maspalomas Dunes and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, the Island's many National Parks and the vibrant nightlife in the Jumbo commercial center, the areas nightlife hub with many restaurants and bars and shops.
The local bus network on the Island is efficient and reliable. The bus stops are conveniently located throughout the town, allowing you to reach popular attractions, shopping centers, and neighboring towns. You can easily purchase tickets onboard with cash or contactless payment.
Taxis are everywhere and cheap to get around costing about €5 to most local destinations within Maspalomas.
Car Hire. Is usually cheapest if collected from the Airport though there are numerous car rental agencies in the immediate area.
Please note parking in the area is limited with few on-street spaces. Most places are easy to get to on foot, by bus, or in a taxi. If you do bring a car please let me know.
The building has a motorbike and bicycle rental shop.
My apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Jumbo Commercial Centre
Playa del Inglés beach is a 20-minute walk or 3 or 4 minutes in a taxi.
