Unique and tranquil, this Level One self-contained unit affords amazing views of the beautiful water. This charming older house has been recently redecorated with tasteful, functional living areas. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space will enhance your enjoyment of the beautiful natural environment right outside your door. Walking, fishing, and swimming are only metres away. Bring your own kayak or boat with a boating ramp close by. This unit has 3 bedrooms with 4 beds, 1.5 bathrooms, a waterfront patio/balcony, and a spacious kitchen. Great for a family. Free parking in driveway on premises.

Amazing stay at Amazing location
Very quiet and enjoyable stay.
What a view! Monica is a great host who is really communicative. Lovely view, visiting birds etc it was a terrific change of scene. The kitchen is simple but large. Local supermarket & aldi were a few minutes drive. Our dogs loved eyeing the ducks, well kept yard and easy access to waterfront. There are steps, but Monica did a step count for us as one of our party has mobility issues. We’d stay again.

In the nearby area there are plenty of family friendly activities.
Apart from the opportunity to kayak or boat and fish on the Brisbane Waters, a five-minute walk brings you to the Saratoga Hawkes AFL ground and Tennis Courts, as well as the Saratoga Sailing Club.
If you enjoy fishing, there are a number of great fishing spots including local wharves also only a few minutes walks.
Dining options include the Davistown RSL Club, the Saratoga Village Shopping precinct that includes an IGA, pharmacy, cafes, newsagent and a Thai restaraunt.
Avoca Beach is a short drive away, as is the Bouddi Coastal Walk.
The Entrance, an easy 30 minute drive, boasts numerous family friendly activities, as well as dining options, and Pelican Feeding everyday at 3pm.
