The place was in a good location. Our issue was with a bit of a smell and trash littered in the front and back of the home, among a few other broken items throughout the home. The homeowner was very responsive and reassured me of any issues we had and said he would address our issues for future tenants. I do think my issues may be a one time deal, based on previous reviews.
