Unas vacaciones inolvidables! La ubicación del apartamento es la mejor, cerca de varios lugares para comer y supermercados. La decoración es muy bella y te hace sentir como en casa, el apartamento cuenta con lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. El anfitrión siempre estuvo atento y dio respuesta a los reportes hechos. Las instalaciones del complejo están en muy buenas condiciones y la gente muy amable! Sin dudarlo me hospedaría en el mismo apartamento.

Our beachfront apartment is located in the heart of Juan Dolio, at the condominium Marbella.
Juan Dolio is a small & safe town in which you can find lots of restaurants, mini markets and a golf course during your vacations. Very close from the unit you will find a car rental and gas stations as well.

• Coco’s (on-site and personal favorite): Excellent restaurant to enjoy during your stay. If you’re not considering to cook, you have the ease of having this restaurant in the complex and with beach view. Your vacation, your decision! You can expect great international food and drinks.

On 2015, Carlos at 17 years old, began working with his dad on the family’s small business. Eager to help, he got a new idea: to help his parents manage their vacation property in Juan Dolio, in order to provide additional income for his family. Inspired by his engineering classes at college, Carlos always knew that the most important thing was great properties, always inspected before the arrival of the guests, and with the best cleanliness possible. Along this path, the most difficult thing has been working with contractors & property owners who do not share our vision of hospitality and what it means to have an excellent vacation. Despite the challenges, Bellamar has successfully become the #1 vacation rental company in the DR, with a fully staff office in Juan Dolio and more than 3000+ reservations per year.
