My family had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable furniture and linens. Plenty of hot water for our large family to cycle through the shower without a hitch, A/C worked well. The only part of the stay that was suboptimal is a lot of the community amenities appear to no longer be functional. The bait shop wasn’t open, the fishing dock was roped off like it needed repairs, and the pool was a little grungy. But we still had a great time despite those not being useable. We would definitely come back.

Host is very good, however, the facility is disgusting. Trash floating everywhere in the GREEN pool and hot tub, trash everywhere, chairs broken. There is construction going on right next to the site, so the noise starts since very early in the morning. House feels smaller than described. No thermostat control, only A/C, so house gets very cold at night. No beach access, lake is nasty, almost looks like a mud pond. Cannot fish, cannot paddle board. Bait shop is permanently closed, and there was no one in the office, never. Didn’t even answer the phone. It almost feels deserted. For a high cleaning fee, feels like I did most of the cleaning.

Cabin is very nice, cozy, & as described. Area is peaceful and you’re able to fish from behind the cabin. Roxana was attentive & responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here, thanks!

Roxana’s place was so easy to get to and was a short drive to my favorite grocery stores, restaurants and honestly just about anything you could possibly need! The cabin was super cute and perfect for my family of 8! Roxana did such a great job with making sure we had everything we needed! It was so nice to not have to get anything but food! Thank you for hosting us! The cabin was everything we hoped it would be…cozy and relaxing! We had an amazing visit in Willis, Tx! …and hope to come back soon!
