Even though we have strived to equip the kitchen to make it comfortable for our guests, please note, this unit only has basic kitchen necessities. Fantastic is host. Responded very quickly to the very few issues we had. The place was spotless, and thank god for that air conditioning! It was great being so close to the waterfront and the private dock with available mooring. Make sure to leave plenty of time before checking out to complete requested checkout tasks.
Noor was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner! The complex is in need of some basic maintenance. The unit was fairly basic and needs a few more items for the kitchen to be able to cook for a family but overall it was clean. But overall it was a good experience.
Pool was nice. Place was big. We had a group of 6 and was good for us.
The best thing about the rental was Nidhi and Noor (who co-manage), they were very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. The TV wasn’t working when we arrived and Nidhi was quick to follow up and have Telus and maintenance attend to the issue. They also allowed us to have an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The unit is in a great location with a pool view and walking distance to mini golf, restaurants and a winery. The downside is that the unit is “well used” and a bit “tired looking”. The kitchen was not well stocked (we had to go and buy a cutting board and cheese grater) and the supplies that were there were not of great quality (no sharp knives, very small coffee cups and plates and no plastic glasses for the pool). The dishwasher did not clean the dishes so we ended up having to wash everything by hand. The ensuite shower is very small and the shower head is blocked due to the hard water so the stream of water is less than ideal.
