Silvia was a very accommodating host. She kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late. She brought me the key to the shared outdoor space after I inquired about it as well, which was very appreciated. The kitchen had all the basic cooking equipment as well as one pot and one large pan for cooking. We were 4 adults in the apartment and it was very spacious. There is also a designated parking spot for the apartment. The location is excellent, just a 7 -10 minute walk to centro and many restaurants nearby. I did find it difficult to reach Silvia at times, particularly through Air BnB. I found it best to call her through Whats'App, but used this as a last resort as my spoken Spanish skills are poor. She was a wonderful host and we would happily stay in her property again in the future.

Silvia is a wonderful host! She is very attentive, immediately responding and solving any issue right away. Apartment is very bright, clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. Its spacious and comfortable for living. Kitchen is basic but got everything you need to cook. Building itself is simple and not fancy, but it is very safe area and quiet. Location is great: 10 min by foot to the center, 20 min walk to the beach. I can absolutely recommend this apartment and Silvia as a host!

El lugar esta tal cual las fotos. Es espacioso, con mucha iluminación, cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventiladores para mantener fresco el depto. Hay gas para la cocina, así como utensilios para cocinar lo básico. Lo único que recomiendo considerar, si tienen pensado quedarse por varios días, si llevan bebés o niños pequeños es que no hay gas para tener agua caliente, el baño es muy pequeño y nos toco una fuga en el lavabo que se encuentra justo en el pasillo hacia sala y habitaciones, termino siendo inservible durante nuestra estancia. Las camas individuales son muy duras para alguien que no esta acostumbrado a descansar de esa manera. Fuera de los detalles, el lugar esta en una zona accesible, con poco ruido y en 10 minutos caminando llegas al centro.

Great location and responsive host and clean apartment in a nice residential area very close to everything.
