This is an authentic Portuguese house that was tastefully renovated. The interior is creatively styled with a lot of original design choices and art items. The decoration is an eclectic mix of vintage and new that really adds value to the experience. The house is large with several seating areas and bedrooms. Because the styling was so extensively done it sometimes feels a bit full, but if you like abundance this is really a great choice. The house is situated in a quiet valley and the platform around the pool offers great views and a space to enjoy the surroundings. The garden is still being developed, but the nature around the house more than compensates for that. There is a large semi-shaded table outside, and also a fire-pit with 360 seating. The beaches around Vila Nova de Milfontes are spacious and great for surfing. We could only stay for a week but would have stayed longer if it were possible.

A perfect house to experience in nature with amazing beaches at 30 min drive. Great decor and every detail possible. Really good communication with Andreia. A perfect spot to disconnect and relax.

We had the most wonderful stay. The place and surroundings are beautiful. It really is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Portuguese countryside as well as so many nearby beaches. The communication with Andreia was excellent and she replied very quickly. I definitely recommend staying at Andreia's place and cannot wait to return myself.

Das Haus ist persönlich und mit schönen Details hergerichtet, eine moderne zum Esszimmer offene, super ausgestattete Küche ist das Zentrum des Hauses. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist perfekt und gemütlich, die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer sind leider sehr unbequem und ohne Schränke,. Se sind zudem offen zum Wohnraum, das war uns vorher nicht klar und ist mit großen Kindern nicht machbar. Der Wohnraum ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit schöner Kunst, wie auch der Rest des Hauses. Vermisst haben wir einen ebenso schön ausgestalteten und bequemen Aussenbereich, den man im Sommer den ganzen Tag über nutzen kann. Der fehlende Schatten war ein Problem bei sehr hohen Temperaturen, trotz der liebevoll gedachten Sonnenschirme. Dem kleinen Pool fehlt eine Umgebung, an der man gerne barfuß läuft und sich zu mehreren aufhält. Um das Haus ist noch einiger Handlungsbedarf, dann könnte ein Aufenthalt perfekt werden! Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt, auch weil Andreia so nett und hilfsbereit war!

Wow, what an amazing stay at the beautiful house of Andreia! We loved every moment of it and felt just like at home. The house has everything you need and then some. Loved the amazing interior, the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The area around is so perfect to explore - the small charming villages, the cork-trees and the outstanding beaches! After our stay we did not want to leave and would love to come back. Andreia is also the best host ever - she recommended so many lovely places, answered fast and was so warm and helpful. Outstanding and a 10 out of 10, warmly recommend a stay at beautiful Monte Lajinha. Best regards Camilla and family
