Floor not clean. Bedding not fresh. Hair in bathroom. Bathroom door handle fell off. Biggest concern is the state of the electrics. I’m a qualified electrician and this place is unsafe. Melted kettle base, burnt sockets, sockets not working, melted heater plug and fan broken. This place needs a qualified electrician to check the appliances and plugs. Kettle and fan need to be replaced immediately. Sorry to say but this place is a serious accident waiting to happen and should be avoided till brought up to standard.

My friend and I stayed for one night in Flavio’s property for a work occasion. He was brilliant communicating with me, giving instructions to enter the property and the wifi in advance of us arriving. Our check in was completely smooth, and we arrived to a tidy and nicely decorated room that was accurate to the photo and description. Flavio also allowed us to check in early, so we could get some work done which was doable with the fast wifi connection. The area was quiet and overall our stay was great value for money, thank you Flavio for hosting we be looking to rebook in the future :)

Flavio is very friendly, proactive, and flexible. the space is a small studio apartment in an old building. The location is well connected and it felt safe!
