The hotel itself is fine- brand new - but the access by car a real disaster and this not only because of the public works going on in Montpellier! A complete lack of pro-active communication from Airbnb as the host how to get at the hotel kept us desperately turning around and around in the city's small streets for more than 1 hour. Notwithstanding GPS, asking locals for directions and sending 3 emails to the hotel which remained unanswered - so annoying - a friendly hotel employee took time to help us finding the hotel sending us clear GPS and other instructions. The next morning we received an excellent breakfast served by a lady who showed empathy with our situation and apologized on behalf of the hotel. She deserves a👍. End good all good, but alot of frustration could have been avoided by the host ( in this case Airbnb) pro-actively communicating with guests about the current crazy public works going on in the city and how to best reach the hotel.

La ubicación es fenomenal ya que está a unos pasos del centro de la ciudad, en realidad es un hotel con un restaurante que tiene muy buen ambiente por las noches. Si llevas coche hay parking en el sótano con costo de 10 euros la noche pero tienes que avisar ya que para llegar allí hay barreras y necesitas instrucciones para accesar. Por cierto al ser hotel al llegar a registrar te piden un depósito que te regresan al salir.

Je recommande cet établissement, personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Bien situé proche de tous les trams et de la gare, bien isolé du bruit.

Personnel tres sympathique aux petits soins de ses clients. parking tres pratique. chambre propre, calme. tout est neuf. la décoration est chaleureuse. salon pour se detendre, boire un coup, grignoter. je reviendrai les yeux fermés.
