It was a great stay..It would be great if there was another bathroom downstairs. overall cleaning wasnt upto standard. upstairs floor was very sticky,fans were dirty,some bed sheers were stained. apart from that great location. Great house for a large group

The house is in a beautiful location with fabulous views, however, is advertised as pet friendly but all gates were broken and our doggo got out. There is multiple maintenance issues with the house, one bed is almost broken, one door doesn’t shut and one locks by itself. The blinds in the main bedroom are sticky taped to the wall and unable to be opened. There is not one security screen or fly screen on the house so the breeze is fabulous but you can’t enjoy it without bugs filling the house. It was pretty dirty-floors, benches, glass doors and bathrooms all need a deep clean, and it was smelly like a dirty fish shop. Sadly, due to the above mentioned security issues, the house was an easy target for thieves and on our second night there, the house was broken into and 3 of our cars were stolen. Access gained seemingly easily by opening the side gate which has no lock, lifting the back door and flicking the lock. That being said, Tiana at Townsville Holiday Rentals is lovely to deal w
