Ina and her Dad are great hosts. Her Dad met me at the train station and helped get me settled in the apartment. I was working from the apartment and the desk was perfect for me. Do take note that the building is quite a bit older, and Georgian power is not reliable. Some days you might need to walk up those stairs (which I did), so keep that in mind. With that said, the view from the eighth floor is beautiful and your can see the mountains from the side on a clear day. Great kitchen / fridge / stove with good cooking gear / dishes. Shower is hand sprayer style but easy to keep bathroom clean. Very comfortable bed and everything clean and good quality. Some days internet was high speed and some days it was slow (high latency to Europe / America). Markets in the area are great and it's especially nice being close to Carrefour. I stayed here because it was close to Fit Factory (which I use every day) and still an easy taxi ride to downtown on the weekend. Host was super helpful.

Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяева всегда на связи и помогают со всеми вопросами. Самое главное - чистая квартира. Тихий район. Не хватает кондиционера, но мы знали, что его нет. Полностью рекомендую этот вариант заселения.

Such a pleasant stay! Ina and her parents were very accomodating, this is one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at an Airbnb in Georgia, and the apartment was quiet, spacious and fully equipped. The neighbourhood is a very local one, and has great amenities - it is still within very easy distance of the city centre by taxi, and there is a bus stop right outside the building. Also a lovely cafe a few steps away and a 24 hour grocery basically just outside the courtyard. Would definitely recommend. Ina's parents were very kind at check-in, and even made sure I had change for the elevator (which is coin-operated). Lovely booking, would stay again.
