T3 La Salamandre is a 65m² flat in a prime location in Carnon-Mauguio, right on the front line, opposite the sandy beach and the sea. You can easily explore the surrounding area and discover all that this charming seaside resort has to offer. Raised ground floor flat with private access to the beach through the residence gate. The flat comprises: -LIVING ROOM: modern and connected The living room is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, high table and stool, WiFi and internet access, as well as a television for your evenings relaxing after a day spent exploring the surrounding area. -TERRACE: Breathtaking sea views from the terrace. Relax and enjoy the sea breeze while admiring the breathtaking panorama from our 10m² terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture (armchairs, sofa, coffee table, cushions) for your comfort. - Fully-equipped open-plan KITCHEN: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, etc. Prepare delicious meals in our open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need, from kitchen utensils to modern appliances. -BATHROOM: Modern bathroom with large walk-in shower to refresh you after a day at the beach, washbasins, storage drawers and hairdryer. -Separate TOILETS -BEDROOMS : Bedroom 1 with double bed (160 cm), storage cupboard and fan. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement impeccable et conforme à ce qui est montré dans l’annonce. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans l’appartement de Monique c’était parfait !! Le logement et l’environnement sont complètement adaptés à un séjour avec de jeunes enfants. La proximité de la mer à 30 mètres de l’appartement, la fréquentation familiale de ce coin de plage sont idéals ! L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et décoré avec goût ! Monique est accueillante et attentionné ! Bonbons boissons et fruits et petit rosé frais à l’arrivée c’est bien agréable !! Nous reviendrons certainement !! Merci Monique pour ce séjour !!
Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Familie mit drei Kindern gebucht. Es gab genug Platz für alle und die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung waren sehr geschmackvoll und gehoben. Der Standort ist super, direkter Zugang zum wunderschönen Sandstrand und direkter Mehrblick aus dem Appartement und von der Terrasse. Abends ist es ruhig. Monique war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns mit allen Fragen geholfen. Sie ist eine super Gastgeberin. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
