L'appartement de Cris est très bien situé pour un séjour dans Londres. L'appartement est agréable et Cris permet une arrivée très bien organisée

Chris was a verygood host. He cleary described how to check-in and always answered questions right away and was very helpful. The appartment was exactly as described. By public transport (bus or undeground within 10 min walk) you got to central London easily taking only 20 min. also a supermarket was right around the corner. Although the appartment was nice, it was a little cold and you could hear the street noise (but was not really disturbing us). We enjoyed our stay there and would choose it again.

Die Kommunikation mit Chris war super! Er hat sofort reagiert. Lage und Anbindung waren auch toll! Allerdings befindet sich das Haus in einem absoluten renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Schon von außen, waren wir wirklich geschockt. Ums Haus drumrum lag sehr viel Müll sowie ein zusammengebrochener Zaun etc. Als wir die Haustür aufgeschlossen haben, trauten wir unseren Augen kaum. Der Flur war ausgesprochen schmutzig. Die Wohnung kleiner als erwartet. Das Sofa für 2 Personen eng. Aus der Beschreibung konnten wir nicht entnehmen, dass es ausschließlich Doppeldecken gab. 2 kleine Handtücher und 2 größere waren für 4 Personen und 7 Tage etwas knapp. Geschirrhandtücher gab es keine. Äußerlich wurde vor Kurzem einmal schnell alles übergemalt. Beim genaueren Betrachten, konnte man sehen, dass dringend renoviert werden müsste. Schimmel war an den Fenstern und im Bad nicht zu übersehen. Wir waren von der Wohnung wirklich enttäuscht.

Perfect little spot for a short stay in London. Minutes from trains, busses, and the tube. Nearby grocery made grabbing forgotten necessities a breeze. Finding a decent pub is only a few steps away but coffee or a meal is a bit further away, though still a pleasant walk. Space itself is cozy, but in desperate need of a deep clean in common spaces. Bed is clean and comfy and the fans provided helped a lot with the temperature fluctuations during our stay and some passing noise. Overall a great spot for a short stay, especially those unfamiliar with the area, making it easy to get to downtown for many tourist spots!

An easy and pleasant stay at Chris's apartment last night. His communication was prompt and check in instructions were articulated well. The property is spacious and matches the pictures displayed on AIRBNB. The property is clean and looked after and ideal location to many local amenities. Not Chris's responsibility but the outside of the property is untamed and needs a refurbishment. Hallways are dirty prior to entering the flat. It's ashame when you have a good host that they have to deal with these issues.
