We stayed here for a whole month as a family of five (kids aged 6, 4 and 1) and it was the perfect place. Very clean, lots of space for storage, well equipped kitchen and bathroom and plenty of space. It has a lovely little garden, plus a utility room which was essential for the length of our stay. The location is unbeatable - two mins walk to some of Cottesloe’s best cafes and restaurants, and less than five mins from the front door until your feet are in the sea. Supermarket & pharmacy is under 10 mins away, and within ten mins you can walk to the shark protected section of Cottesloe beach, where many other great eateries are located. Great selection of playgrounds nearby, and the train is about 15 min walk away. Definitely recommend - our family in Perth agreed that the location was incredible. We also had space for parking, and were able to get food shops, dinners delivered etc easily. Really fab option if you want a simple and clean home in a top location.

Good location walkable to beach and restaurants. No view to speak of though. Old bungalo so nothing fancy. But nice amount of space and kitchen was very well appointed. Not the cheapest place so medium score for value for money!

Such a great unit in fantastic location. Very well set up place, super comfy couch and great outdoor space to sit back and relax . The unit is exactly as described. The option of a late check out was very helpful

Great location and good size for 3 couples. Peter was very helpful with late checkout and groceries upon arrival. I would stay there again.

Location of unit is wonderful, short walk to beach, 10 mins to train station, great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Home is well presented and free of clutter. but had everything you need. Wa lovely having an outside area with table and chairs. Parking at property was sufficient for our 4x4 to fit in.
