This was the perfect spot for our birthday weekend getaway with friends! The home was within walking distance to our captain’s boat slip for fishing on Lake Michigan and to the local downtown brewery, shops and pub! Only a short 5 min drive to the Manistee Country Club golf course. The Pink Mitten had everything we needed, was clean and tidy. I’m a stickler for clean - and even in an older house - this house felt very clean! It had a cute eclectic vibe in an established neighborhood. So much character! The guys loved the garage space; ping pong table and corn hole….while us girls played board games and listened to music at the large dining table. They really thought of everything at this house!While there wasn’t forced air - we were able to carefully open windows and let a cool storm breeze in one night. We all brought personal table fans for noise - as old homes do creak and rattle in the night! Will definitely be using these hosts and their home in the future…next time with our kids!

We absolutely loved this place. It was exactly as pictured and super clean. Very charming. The weather was a bit cool so we didn't get to enjoy the outside, but in warmer weather I think it would be perfect! Would 100% rent again and recommend to friends. Bonus was the beds were extremely comfortable with great linens!

A beautiful home within walking distance to town. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking. Was very cozy and comfortable. It was ideal for a family get away.

A situation came up and Allison was very responsive. She sent Jessica over right away and resolved the issue. She was great, very professional, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location and we’re happy with all the amenities provided. We will definitely be back!
