Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We loved the neighborhood and local areas to explore, which we took advantage of with bikes and scooters from the garage. There's a large driveway to play on, and grass in the front or backyard for kiddos to run around. The gigantic deck has several lovely spots to relax on, enjoy a meal, or sip coffee while taking in the sites and smells of spring. Inside, the accomodations were beautiful and extremely spacious. The gorgeous kitchen had all the necessities and then some, making meal prep simple and enjoyable. There are beds everywhere! Comfy bedrooms, plush towels in the clean bathrooms, and a fun indoor hot tub to chill out in. Scott was an attentive and helpful host, simple to work with and comfortable to interact with. We have incredible memories from our stay, and encourage you to check out this home.

We stayed at Scott’s place during the winter time with a group of 12 guys. Would have been remarkable to stay here in the summertime as you are less than 5 minutes from Holland State Park. House had ample room and enough beds and then some for our group. The fireplace and hot tub were awesome things to have as well. I would highly recommend for large groups to stay here.

The place is very nice and well equipped and clean. Also we had hot tub issues. Scott did answer the phone when we called him about it but we could not get it completely staightened out. Not a big deal for us. The main and only negative for me is the cost which seems too high for a place without direct water access.

What a spectacular house! It’s clean, updated, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. (The beds were all amazing.) Sitting on the porch at dusk with a view of the water across the street was our favorite part. The layout is perfect for large groups, with an open kitchen/family room and a separate wing of bedrooms on the second floor. Our little kids loved the big driveway and yard space, especially when they saw a garage full of scooters and bikes to share. There’s an indoor hot tub on the first floor and a basement with a ping pong table and additional bedrooms. The street dead ends to the water’s edge, so it was a lovely place for family walks after dinner. It’s a short 2 minute drive to parks, nature trails, tennis and pickleball courts, and a 5 minute drive to the beach or grocery stores. Downtown Holland is about 8 minutes away by car. The host is very thoughtful and responsive, making our stay the best it could’ve been. Thank you, Scott! We can’t wait to come back!
