We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and located close to beaches and food. The house was advertised as " waterfront" and we were told a day or two prior to our stay that it wasn't on the water. Not a big deal but would have been nice to know as that is what caught our eye when booking. I messaged Evolve weeks prior to our stay and asked if they had a pack n play as I was traveling my my two young children, I was assured there was one on the property so I only brought one with me. When we got there late at night we found out there wasn't one. It was a little frustrating to find out that evolve told me one thing but our contact for our stay told me another. Our contact Jason was very apologetic and went out and bought a bassinet for our son. Overall house was beautiful and our contact Jason was wonderful.

We had a very nice stay and have a lot of great things to say about the space and amenities. However, we were disappointed by the inaccurate advertisement of 3.5 bathrooms and misleading beach photos. There are 2.5 bathrooms inside, which can be difficult with 8 people. There is an outdoor shower, but this does not constitute "3.5" full bathrooms. The other disappointment was the waterfront. There are 4-5 photos of beautiful beaches on the booking page that appear to be in front of the house. This turned out to be misleading, as the water in front of the house is more of a marsh while the nearest beaches are over a mile away. Not a huge deal, but not in line with our expectations. As long as you're aware of these two things, you will have a wonderful stay!
