The house is lovely and big. Nicely decorated and clean. We had issues on arriving as the house was cold and the boiler wouldn’t work. It appears the credit had run out on the gas meter so our gas had been cut off. In order to solve this sadly I had to spend lots of time on the phone in the gas cupboard resetting machines etc to get the heating to come on. Once it did it did warmed up quickly but by this point it was already gone 8pm and had been a bit of a nightmare. I feel it would be better in the cold months for the heating to maybe be left on low ready for arrival and definitely ensured kept topped up. The area of the house is ok. We couldn’t park out side the house as the street parking was busy meaning we had to leave it down the road. Good for supermarkets etc but not somewhere you can go out walking about at night. Over all the stay was good. We saw lots of Liverpool. Museums and the pubs on James street are just amazing. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home 😊😊

All in all- the property is comfortable and tidy in the inside. Pictures are not the same as shown. Outside drainage needs attention(sewage) and slabs, considerable power wash. Only one recycling bin which was full on arrival. No other bins. Location OK but for those not used to using public transport it can be slow. Residents are friendly.

Great location and amenities Excellent and fast response to an issue at the property when I contacted the host Lovely lovely ‘home’ good quality of furnishings and facilities- my only comment is if you have mobility issues the stairs are very steep and there is no anti slip mat in bath - but this aside the property was immaculate and I would definitely recommend it and stay here again - good street parking and can’t praise it enough 👍
