Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Stone throw away from Lake Guthridge, Aqua Energy gym and pool, Sale Botanic Gardens, Lakeside Bowls Club and restaurant. Two minutes drive to town centre, Art Gallery, and Port of Sale. Only 350m to Central Gippsland Health Services. Fully self-contained, private (no shared spaces), cosy two bed unit with a queen bed in one room and a double bed in the other. Bathroom and laundry are combined with no bathtub. But you will enjoy great water pressure and temperature in the shower. Unit is suitable for a maximum of four adults and an infant who can share the queen bed or a cot provided.

Unassuming to look at, but good value for money, and very comfortable on the inside. Off street parking, and very close to the lake for a lovely morning walk. Recommended.

You will be staying in one of the prime locations in Sale, and you will enjoy being so close to Lake Guthridge and Sale Botanic Gardens with some great walking tracks. Doesn't matter what time of the day or season, a stroll around the lake always brings something special, with plenty of birdlife and seasonal flora.
You can walk for a meal at Lakeside Club Restaurant and have a coffee at Aqua Energy, overlooking lake without driving to town.
Bus stop is 50m down the road.
Only two minutes drive to town.
5 minutes drive (2.8km) to Sale train station.
There are plenty of footpaths for walking and cycling in the area.
