my friends and I had a lovely stay at Philips house, good location and hot tub was a nice touch. Very minor pointers for improvement but we had informed host 7 guests were staying so we're slightly disappointed having to put on mattress sheets and duvet cover for one of the beds. Also in the check out info, we were advised to wash / dry all dishes used however there was no washing up liquid or tea towels. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend, thank you

Property was as described and photographed. Easy to access heating and use of all appliances came with instructions. Robes for hot tub usage was a nice extra. Due to busy neighbourhood we were uncomfortable sitting in hot tub in daylight hours, people in other houses could clearly see into garden and see ourselves using the hottub. Would recommend building up fence around hot tub or blocking off view of hot tub to houses at the back of the property. Otherwise a nice stay, thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here! We booked this as a last-minute couples getaway for after Christmas. The house was clean, the beds were super comfy, and the house was exactly as described and seen in photos. Loved the hottub, too. The host was lovely, quick to respond to any questions I had. Luckily, the cleaner had finished their job before our check-in time, so the host got in touch to let us know we could check in early, if needed! Would recommend to anyone that wanted to stay in portrush! Thank you again ☺️

We stayed for a night over the Christmas holidays, the house was exactly like the photos. The hot tub was a treat! It was great to be able to bring my dog along with us too!
