Have a private, modern tiny home all to yourself and easily walk to some of the best restaurants, bars, and breweries the city has to offer! Cooper-Young is a fun, friendly, vibrant neighborhood located in the heart of Memphis. The Mini Cooper Tiny House is just off the main intersection where the neighborhood gets its name. A half block to all the action, but you'll be in a quiet little nook with your own driveway for parking. Our Airbnb in owned and hosted by our family, and we live nearby :) This modern house has everything you need: full-size fridge, stove, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, washer/dryer with a few laundry pods, super fast Wi-Fi, and Roku TV with free Max (formally HBOMax) included. We've even added a popcorn maker and toppings for a fun movie night! We provide some regular, decaf, and hot chocolate Kcups. There is tea for the non-coffee drinkers. Things we like to provide, but cannot guarantee: breakfast items (oatmeal, biscotti), a couple of beers from nearby breweries, and some snacks. The full bathroom with tub is through a door off the livingroom. You'll find soft towels, shampoo & conditioner, and body wash. Spiral stairs lead up to a cozy loft bedroom with a memory foam queen bed. There are 2 types of sleeping pillows on the bed to choose from: a pair of soft, and a pair of firm. There are dimmable bedside table lights for a little reading, and a device charging station. Underbed storage holds extra sheets & pad for an additional place to sleep on the futon couch in the main downstairs area. Futon is a typical futon...so probably best for a young one or someone who can sleep most anywhere. There is a space to work, a table to extend when needed, and even a cable to hook a laptop to use the TV as your monitor along with fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy the front patio with bistro lighting, table & chairs, and a small herb garden if you choose to cook. Free parking in the driveway. Check in is after 5pm Check out is before 12pm
