The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are children's playgrounds and sports grounds nearby. There are shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The advertisement for the apartment states that there is parking at the premises, but this is not the case. It was sometimes difficult to find a parking space near the house. There is a charge for parking. The beach is close, as advertised, but there is construction going on in the area, so it is not possible to take the most direct route to the sea. The beach is 4 minutes away by car. construction going on next to the house where the apartment is rented, so there is a lot of noise during the day. This place would be really pleasant to live in if the owner would make sure that before the guests arrive everything is tidy (the apartment looked untidy, the bathrooms were not cleaned) and ready for a comfortable stay (we had to look for a long time to find towels, bed linen).

Sharon’s apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get in touch with him any questions I had, he answered right away. The apartment is one block away from the beach and downstairs they have beautiful bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. I will be back next summer.

We are family of four and found Aharon's place to meet all our needs. The apartment was as described and close to the sea. It has everything you need to enjoy the stay. There is a lot of constructions around because the location is very popular. There is a parking on the street which is free and we always found a spot to park although it can be very active due to the construction traffic. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Aharon!

Modern comfortable fully-equipped apartment in a new residential tower. Large balkony with BBQ. Located closely to the sea - 10-12 minutes walk to the beach. Arik, the host, speaks several languages and was very friendly. Minor everyday issues have been resolved in a prompt and responsive manner.
