My stay was short (only one night), and it was okay. The check-in time was delayed due to the cleaning being late, which I found annoying. I could not enter the apartment before 5pm, and I had been traveling for 24h- I really just needed to shower and sleep. The apartment looks a bit more basic than the photos, and there is not really any attention to detail. Again, for 1 night was fine. The shower has no door, there will be water on the bathroom floor afterwards, the water takes forever to become warm, the pressure is really low. The communication was a bit all over the place, they kept asking things that I mentioned from the beginning (the check in/out time). The location is central and you can easily walk everywhere, lots of bars/food joints/coffee places everywhere. However, that will also mean noise, luckily not in the bedroom.

The apartment was clean and was as described. Alice sent me a video and written instructions for check in which was helpful to help us locate the apartment in the building. Alice was quick to respond and resolve issues. The issue we had was not enough toilet paper for our stay however Alice was very quick to respond to my message and give us more toilet paper. The water takes a while to heat up in the shower - this is not a big problem just something to be aware of.
