This cozy farmhouse is a real treasure and definitely provides a relaxing, nature-focused retreat. Chris and his farm staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience really helps bring you into the environment, inviting you to explore and discover beautiful views and make lasting memories. My family and I can't recommend staying here enough. It's a truly lovely way to introduce yourself to South Burlington!

Chris was sure to message us to let us know the house was ready early. Once we arrived at the farmhouse, we were welcomed with a lovely message and homemade pound cake which was absolutely delicious. It was immediately evident that Chris and his family take great pride in their home and farm. The home was impeccably clean and well-equipped. They have a cafe on site where they sell coffee, baked goods, and items made by locals. Chris and his wife Corie also provide vegetables to the community in a pre-order program. What a lovely way to contribute to fellow Vermonters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the gorgeous farm views to the variety of activities available in nearby downtown Burlington. Our memories will last a lifetime. Thanks Chris and Corie!

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy farmhouse! Chris was very nice and even took us on a mini farm tour to see the pigs. The kids had a lot of fun interacting with the cats on the farm as well. It was wonderful to go to the farm store in the morning for fresh eggs and baked goods (and they were kind enough to leave us with some delicious pound cake when we first arrived as well!). The house is close proximity to restaurants/breweries in Shelburne, and only about 15-20 min to downtown Burlington. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

We stayed at Chris’s home for a long weekend, and with four adults and two small children, it was exactly what we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the living room was full of movies, toys, and games. The ability to walk just down a short drive to the farm store was so lovely, and the kids loved that they got to see some animals as well. Chris could not have been nicer and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the farmhouse again.

This is simply a great place to stay. The setting is beautiful, the farm is very cool and it’s the perfect location to Burlington. All of the little details were just right from a well-stocked kitchen, to places to store your things, to entertaining amenities like a speaker. Chris was a very responsive host. There are even friendly cats on the farm property! We were here for the eclipse and if the weather had been bad we would have still loved spending time with friends at the place.
