Beautiful home with plenty of space for all 10 guests. Given the colder off season, it was chilly but warmed up quickly with thermostat adjustments. Extra linens would be appreciated in the future especially for the downstairs futon. Kitchen has all essentials to allow home cooked meals. Back yard access to pond was beautiful! Safe and clean home with very comfortable beds.

The home itself was very charming, and the location was on a peaceful pond. Loved the beautiful wooden floors and sitting on the deck overlooking the pond. Plenty of rest rooms for all of us. However, it didn’t seem like housekeeping had been around recently. Upon first entering the living room, I found an old tortilla chip and a guitar pick on the rug. There were fingerprints all over the large bay window that faced the pond. The refrigerator also had fingerprints and what looked like rust stains on it. One of the sheet pans in the kitchen had some sticky substance all over it. The main floor bathroom had a yellow droplet on the toilet seat. Just about every room had spiders and spider webs in each corner. Perhaps we were the first guests that had been there for a while, but for a 4:00 p.m. check-in and a 10:00 a.m. check-out, I suppose we expected the house to be immaculate. Be aware that there are no curtains in the kitchen or living room, which was a bit unsettling at night.

Beautiful spacious and clean home. This was a great place to stay for our large family. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go back .

Very spacious space with great views of the pond. Kayaking was awesome ! Also very responsive host.

This stunning, expansive residence offers beautiful lake views and comes with the added luxury of two complimentary kayaks. It is highly recommended!
