Self catering apartment Romano is a first floor flat set in a family run house located in a very peaceful spot. Situated in a quiet area within 15 minutes walk from town centre and the beach. The ground floor is occupied by the owner. Free car parking is available in the grounds. This self catering apartment (45 sqm) with own outside entrance, consisting of two bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with 2 bunk beds), a basic equipped kitchen with electric stove, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen towels, dishes and cutlery, a dining table, a bathroom with shower/toilet (the bathroom has a window, toilet paper), a terrace with table and chairs. The bedroom has access to the terrace. Bed linens and towels provided. The apartment has WiFi, satellite TV with standard programs and air conditioning. 3 star rating from the Croatian Tourist Board.

A tranquil spot by the sea. We had a family vacation at the Mare Blu guesthouse from August 19 to 27, and everyone enjoyed it. It takes about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace to reach the sea. Half of the route takes you through a beautiful pine forest. The nearby beaches have a low concentration of people, with pebble beaches suitable for children. There are a few more visitors there. The rest of the coastline consists of boulders, which isn't a problem. The water is very clean, and you don't have to go far to start swimming. Adjacent to the beaches, there's a pine forest with plenty of benches and garbage cans. The entire area is exceptionally clean and quiet. The location of Mare Blu is incredibly serene. We rarely heard or encountered other guests at the guesthouse. Neighboring guesthouses are equally peaceful. The hostess of the guesthouse, Milica, is a delightful woman. There are no mosquitoes, and the air isn't overly humid, making it easy to breathe even in the heat.

The location of the house is in the area of Centener and it is surrounded by similar houses where the owners live in one part of the house and the other part of the house is used for renting. Most of these houses are one-story, but more and more multi-story houses are being built recently.
Nearby there is a supermarket, a coffee bar, a restaurants. The bus station and the taxi stand are a 10-15 minute walk away.
This part of the city does not have public transport to the city center or to other parts of the city. Outside the center there are parking spaces that are free of charge and are marked in white. These parking spaces are located around the family houses, although each family house has parking spaces for its guests within the property.
