PERFECT FOR A TEAM : Eighteen century's manor in the heart of the village of REQUIEM, 20 km from Le Mans away, (located near the track on the Arnage side) 4 Bathrooms, 6 rooms. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is served.:) 2 big rooms (with a king bed each) 1 room with 2 single beds 1 room with a queen bed 2 rooms with a large single bed and even + 2 single beds in one of them The house is spacious, the big living-room in the aisle is available for your use and also the dining room.

The house was beautiful, full of history and character. With a well stocked kitchen - we cooked a wonderful dinner party for 15 here. There is a garage for storage which came in handy. Francoise and her husband were consummate hosts and were kind enough to cook for us a few nights when we were all super tired after Le Mans. I would not hesitate to return.

LE LUDE is not far away and has a beautiful castle if you are interested in castles. I would like to rent the house for a team, a commercial group for the 24 Hours race.
I could rent it to several little goops for the Le Mans CLASSIC
You need a car to go to the track or to visit the surroundings. No train station.
