This property was clean and what we needed for our stay in perth. It is loud in the morning with traffic but it’s a city so it’s understandable. Close to beach and has a view of the beach from the verandah. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location, with the unit being on the top floor with a great view of the ocean and sunset. Shops, restaurants and bars all a 5 min walk from unit. Definitely would stay here again.

Caroline was a super host, she went above and beyond to make sure the stay went well. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The location and views to the sea and beach were excellent, but the other side of the apartment where the bedrooms are backs onto a HWY and is very noisy and there there is no effort i.e. double glazed windows, to minimize the noise. To the contrary the apartment is tired and worn down, the windows and doors do not shut - seal properly and thus wind and noise especially during bad weather, whistles through the apartment. The blinds-shutters are old and broken the couch was full or dirt and crumbs, the oven did not work properly and made very loud noises. There is only one room with A/C. People regularly parked in our designated parking spot, which mean't trying to find a free 'V' spot and sometimes parking on the street, which was a long rainy walk to unit. Also the internet was intermittent and of low performance throughout most of the stay and some days completely absent and we could not get any acceptance, correction / maintenance to fix the internet until a day before departure.
