Less than 20 minute-drive from DFW International Airport 10 minutes from Southlake Townsquare 20-30 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth/ Stockyards & AT&T Stadium 30-40 minutes to Downtown Dallas/ Dallas Arboreteum 15 min to Grapevine Main Street/ 20 min to the Gaylord Close to 5 grocery stores: Kroger, Sprouts, Tom Thumb, Whole Foods & Walmart You'll love this home because of the cozy, peaceful and home away from home feeling it brings to your stay. - Exclusive access to the entire home - Fresh linens and cotton pillows for a restful night of sleep (plenty of towels and bedding for every stay) - Hand soap, dish soap, and detergent provided Private access to pool in the backyard. Pool is maintained year round by a pool company but we do not have a heater. Typically by early May it will be warm enough during the day for enjoying some time in the pool through end of September/ early October depending on the temperatures. Of course this is to each's personal preference. Note, there is a fence around the entire property but there is not a fence only around the pool for those with small children to consider.
