Welcome to our cozy and private Air BNB unit located in Mt Iron. Our unit is just a short 10 minute walk away from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions that Wanaka has to offer. The unit is fully self-contained with a full kitchen, providing you with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal during your stay or enjoy your private courtyard and BBQ. The unit is attached to a house, but you have your own separate entry and space, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. The house was completely rebuilt in 2022, with the addition of the Air BNB unit. The unit is completely separate to the house, however it does have a door in the bedroom which goes through to the main house. This door is locked at all times so guests cannot access the other side of the house. The space has one bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with a nice big spa like shower and a loo. The unit has a full kitchen which includes an oven and stove top, microwave, full fridge/freezer, toaster, jug, Nespresso coffee machine and cutlery. The dinning/living room includes a full kitchen, table, sofa and smart TV. The tenants in the main house have a small pug dog called Betty and two tabby cats. Sometimes the VERY friendly cats will want to come and say hello, if you would prefer them not to, please keep your windows closed. They also have two kids, but will try to keep them as quiet as possible... The tenants in the main house have no access to your area.
