Direct access to the SDRC. Backyard gate directly accessed the Rec Center which has an indoor collegiate level pool, large kids slide and play pool area! Hot tub and steam room. Indoor 🏀, racquetball, weights, track, ice rink, climbing wall (bouldering), showers and locker rooms…
The common grounds are a wonderful city park and public are welcome! Summer concert outdoor series. No need to drive or fight parking as you have perfect access from outside your door through the back gate.
