I really enjoyed my time in Bangtao and at Alex's place ☺️. The property itself is in a quiet location and had everything I needed for my three week stay. It is also very clean and comfortable! It looks exactly like the pictures. I was also working remotely from there, so the Wi-fi was very fast and I had no problems with the internet connection 👍🏽. Alex is a great host and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. He was always friendly and attentive and gave clear instructions about the property. He was flexible on check-in and check-out times as I had awkward flight times, which I really appreciated. The property is a short walk away from the beach/restaurants (15 mins). I came to train at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA, which is only a 5-7 minute walk away. If you are coming to Bangtao to primarily train at this gym, then this property is in the perfect location! Side note: I got my laundry done by a kind family who live 2 minutes away (on the way to the gym) ☺️. 1kg=80Baht

Aleks' place was perfect for what I needed! The location was quiet, close to Bangtao Muay Thai, and very walkable to many local eateries, juices, bars, etc. I didn't need to rent a scooter since everything was pretty walkable. Aleks was very responsive, flexible, and very friendly and accommodating! I'd give him 10 stars if I could, but they only let me give 5!

I've lived in this apartment for a month. Being a digital nomad, for me it's very important the ability to fully work, rest, and cook in every apartment I stay. This place met all my expectations. My primary goal here was to train at Bang Tao MMA which is simply within 5 minutes walk distance, so it's very convenient. Very peaceful countryside place. Alex was a very responsive host and helped me with every question I had. Thank you very much! I recommend this place to everyone who has the same criteria as mine :)

Host was really friendly and helpful. whenever needed for anything was very responsive and attentive. As i had an early morning flight to catch, He arranged a driver to drop me at the airport at 4:30 am in the early morning. Always gave me the right guidance from Hiring a rental bike to all local information as required. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. I opted for this place for 2 reasons. 1) It was in my budget even though it's approx 20km away from Patong Beach. but it's manageable to travel on a rental Bike. 2) Patong was too crowded and noisy. I wanted some peaceful places to stay. So this place fulfilled my purpose. this place is close to Surin Beach and Kamala beach is also close , but a bit ahead. 10min travel distance on a bike. overall I had a good experience :)

Жили втроем с маленьким ребенком. Дом полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям, хорошее месторасположение, рядом прачечная, массажные салоны, кафе. До моря 10 минут неспешным шагом. Александр отличный хозяин, по запросу предоставил детскую кроватку и стул для кормления, дополнительные комплекты полотенец и постельного белья. Рекомендуем.
